Order displayed + changing title/description
Hi, I find it very very frustrating that I cannot re-order artifacts so that they can be displayed in the order I need them to be displayed. In addition, I would like to be able to get on Collecta dashboard and add/change the title of the artifact in order to make sense of what it is and why it is there. Please help :)

I would love to be able to share a collection with a group of people and all of them having the ability to ADD to that collection. Maybe it is already possible and I just haven't found it yet :) Thank you!

Collecta PAGE or EMBED
Hi, so as I share artifacts with my son on research topics, I am revisiting one older idea - to be able to embed collections in a website (I use a private site where our work is shared), OR - I wonder if you would be open to the idea of creating a Collecta PAGE where we could add multiple collections? Use case: right now I share a link to a collection, then another, then another. i.e. Geometry, History, etc..BUT, I would like those collections to be displayed in a single page/space. If I had the option to embed that would be easy, but in lieu of embedding, a Collecta PAGE would be extremely useful FOR THE PERSON receiving the access link. My idea: enable very basic, no bells and whistles, simple pages to display multiple collections. Thank you, Bo

Preserve Portrait Image Thumbnail Proportions
Currently, the layout in Collecta crops portrait images into landscape thumbnails, which works well for website previews but not for individual images. I would like the option to display vertical images in their full height, at least when using the masonry layout. This would ensure that portrait-oriented images maintain their original proportions, without cropping the height, enhancing the visual experience when browsing collections.

Adding Descriptions Directly from the Extension When Adding Artifacts
It would be useful if, when adding artifacts via the extension, we could directly add descriptions in the pop-up that appears at the top. This would streamline the process, saving time by avoiding the need to switch to the app interface to add descriptions afterward

Save by email
Sending a link, text or image (as attachment) to a specific email address linked to one's account will save it to Collecta. Here's for example how Dropmark is doing it: https://support.dropmark.com/article/32-saving-items-via-email This will help with saving from a mobile device as well (not as simple as with a native app, but not too complicated and probably easier to implement)

When seeing the dashboard with all the "Artifacts" or "Collections" it is often hard to tell which tile contains which information? Currently, for example, a part of the URL is displayed for bookmarks. This is only helpful sometimes. However, if I have saved several pieces of information from one portal (youtube; linkedin; and so on), I cannot tell the different pieces of information apart. For images there is no additional information displayed at all. 💡 What I suggest: To display the title (if available) in the dashboard view and to also show the first words of the description, in case of a mouse-hover. Capture the same page at different times
I want to be able to capture the same webpage on different days so that I can view the differences over time. Currently, the software tells me the page has already been captured and won't allow me to capture it again.

Maybe I haven't figure it out yet, but currently I need to add an artifact then add to a collection. I would like to be able to open a collection, see the artifacts there, AND directly add a new artifact (in my case links is what I want). I am referring to the webapp. I haven't started yet with the extension.

Allow public access to collection only with link
It would be useful an option to limit collection access to anyone who has the link, preventing it from appearing in the community feed. This ensures the collection can be shared privately.

Enhanced SEARCH function
Please add functionality to the Search feature. We need a faster way to search based on tags. Currently we can see all the tags listed and inside - everything using that tag.. But there is no way to cross-search for faster results. This, PLUS the lack of re-organizing content features, makes management of content a true nightmare when we need to share it. Please consider this a priority :) Thank You!

Another good feature would be if we can highlight text and right click it and select "Save to Collecta." Just like how other extensions make use of the right click menu.
