Search for multiple words

A top priority for me is search functionality. When I gather thousands of pieces of information in a service, it's crucial to be able to find them again. My question is: Is it possible to search for multiple words? This doesn't seem possible currently. Is there an option to combine search terms with AND or OR?

That would be useful.
