adding artifacts and adding them directly to a collection

It would be handy if, when adding artifacts via the extension, we could directly tag them (add them to a collection). Ideally, we could use the pop-up window that appears at the top, and have the option of specifying collections there right away.

This would save us having to switch to the collector interface after collecting artifacts and then having to do it there.
